Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account with, or placing any bet on the ph1444 platform at ph1444.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ph1444. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

ph1444 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Eligibility

Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted one ph1444 account only. This applies across all devices and household connections. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or not — will be merged or closed at ph1444's discretion. Funds held in any secondary account may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

Players who provide false details may have their accounts suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

3.4 Account Verification

ph1444 may request identity documents at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restriction. Verification is a standard compliance process and is not an indicator of wrongdoing.

Deposits

ph1444 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits are received in Philippine Peso (₱).

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (subject to change; check the cashier for current limits).
• Deposits via e-wallet (GCash, Maya) are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay may take up to a few hours depending on your bank.
• ph1444 does not accept cash deposits, cheques, or cryptocurrency.
• Third-party deposits (funds sent from a payment account not in your registered name) are not accepted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ph1444 are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, and always to an account registered in the same name as the ph1444 account. ph1444 does not send funds to third-party accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200 (subject to change).
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of request approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet may take longer depending on banking hours.
• Identity verification must be complete before a withdrawal can be processed for the first time.
• ph1444 may require additional verification for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds as part of anti-money-laundering obligations.

Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable. Real-money winnings from bonus play may be subject to withdrawal limits as specified in the bonus terms. Attempting to withdraw ineligible funds will not result in a payout and may trigger a review of the account.

Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting

All bets placed at ph1444 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except in circumstances expressly permitted by the specific game or event rules. It is your responsibility to confirm your selection, stake, and applicable odds before submitting a wager.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by ph1444 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, technical error affecting odds, settlement of a bet under incorrect information, or where the event does not proceed as scheduled. In such cases the staked amount is returned to the player's account balance.

6.4 Obvious Errors

ph1444 reserves the right to void bets and/or withhold payment in cases where odds were published due to an obvious error — for example, where pricing was materially incorrect or clearly inconsistent with the market at the time. Decisions on obvious errors are made by ph1444 and are final.

6.5 Sabong-Specific Rules

All sabong bets placed through ph1444 are subject to the official result declared by the cockpit arena hosting the event. ph1444 is not responsible for disputes regarding the conduct or outcome of any sabong event itself. Settlement is based on the official result and is final.

Bonuses and Promotions

ph1444 offers bonuses and promotional credits to new and existing players from time to time. The following general principles apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the individual offer. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, device, and IP address.
• ph1444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonuses where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts, coordinated play to meet wagering requirements artificially, or hedging bets across accounts.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is prohibited on the ph1444 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false information, using stolen payment credentials, or engaging in any form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or event at ph1444.

Account Suspension and Closure

ph1444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If the account is cleared, the balance will be released for withdrawal. If the investigation confirms a violation, ph1444 may forfeit some or all of the balance in accordance with the nature of the breach.

Your continued use of the ph1444 platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.
